Essence Atkins' Christmas Birth

(December 30, 2011) Actress Essence Atkins and her husband Jaime Mendez welcomed a baby boy on Christmas Day. The Are We There Yet? star delivered on her due date, December 25. 

On Tuesday she shared the big news with her Twitter fans, tweeting, “Found it...our 1st baby, a beautiful healthy boy, was born on Christmas Day!”
