Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Yummy baked macaroni and cheese couldn’t be easier. Add some ham and broccoli to this traditional side dish to make a complete meal your family will love!

Ingredients:

1 (12 ounce) package macaroni
1 egg
2 cups milk
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup of chopped broccoli
4 slices of cooked ham, chopped into bite size pieces
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook macaroni in a large pot according to package directions.

Mix eggs, butter, and cheese together and pour mixture into cooked macaroni. Stir and mix well. Add chopped broccoli and ham into macaroni and cheese mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Lightly grease 2 quart casserole dish and transfer mixture into casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top and bake in oven for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
