1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 ½ teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
One pre-made pie crust
Cool whip (optional)

Simply mix your pumpkin, milk, eggs, vanilla and spice in a bowl. Pour into the pie crust and cook at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Voila! Add cool whip and serve!

Pumpkin Cream Pie

You’ll need:

1 cup canned pumpkin
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
2 cups milk
2 small (3.4 ounce) packages of instant vanilla pudding
1 cup frozen whipped topping (defrosted)
1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust

We found this recipe first on allrecipes.com and absolutely love it! All you do is mix the above ingredients until well blended (for about a minute). Next, fill the pie crust and let it sit in the refrigerator for 3 hours or until it is set. Use the remaining whipped topping to add a dollop to each piece and enjoy!
