Now, not every woman feels the same way about breastfeeding in public. Some moms are comfortable with nursing in public from the get-go, but lots of moms have gone into motherhood thinking that if they breastfed in public they would always be completely and totally discrete about it, making sure that their baby (and breasts) were covered up with a blanket at all times. They would never be one of those moms that just whipped out a breast whenever her baby was hungry. But, when it comes to being a mom and your baby is hungry you do what you have to do. If someone accidentally gets flashed in the process, what might have been something you once felt was an embarrassment to mothers everywhere, is now suddenly something that is not only forgivable but also completely natural and your right as a mom to do.
